Macaroni salad with eggs and ham
Ingredients:
1 ½ c cooked ham, diced
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 c Macaroni, cooked, cold
1 chopped dill pickle
½ C celery, chopped
¼ c pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Mixed Salad
Procedure:
1. Mix the following ingredients: bacon, chopped egg,Macaroni, chopped cucumber, celery, and chopped olives
2. Add mayonnaise and stir to moisten the salad.
3. With pepper and salt.
4. Serve these to your mixed salad greens
Creole Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
2 c tomatoes, diced
8 oz macaroni, rinsed, drained and cooked
¾ c Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
¼ c stuffed olives, sliced
1 c mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 / 8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, small, finelyMinced
Lettuce leaves
Procedure:
1. Chill the macaroni, and then measure about 4 cups.
2. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients.
3. Serve them on a few lettuce leaves with dressing.
Macaroni Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
½ teaspoon dried thyme, or tarragon, crumbled
½ c mayonnaise
3 c cooked macaroni, cooled
1 can of tuna (7 ounces) in water, drained and broken up
2 celery ribs, sliced
1 ½ C frozen carrots and peas,Cooked
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix some mayonnaise and tarragon.
2. Add the celery, tuna and pasta.
3. Gently into the carrot and peas.
4. Cover and serve with some salad.
5. Top it with salad and vegetables, preferably, though.
Tuna Salad with Fettuccine
Ingredients:
¼ c olive oil
2 cans tuna in oil
1 garlic clove, large, chopped
1 c broccoli florets or small cauliflower
4 oz Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1small yellow squash or zucchini, diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
8 ounces fettuccine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes
4PZ mild cheddar or Swiss cheese
Italian salad dressing
Procedure:
1. Drain the oil from the tuna and put it to heat in a large frying pan.
2. Put the tuna in giving a large bowl.
3. Separate them cut into pieces and set aside.
4. Add some olive oilgive up the pan.
5. Heat and add the following:
Chopped garlic
Cauliflower or broccoli
Mushrooms
Red Peppers
Zucchini
6. Cook them over medium to low heat.

12. Add a little lemon juice and pepper to taste.
13. Gently throw the ingredients to mix.
14. Cover and place this in the refrigerator for about 30 min. Make sure it is thoroughly chilled.
15. Before serving, taste it again and adjust the seasonings.
16. With a plate, it is with lettuce leaves and sprinkle it with cheese.
