When I come home and have prepared a short time for lunch, the quickest dish is always pasta. You can easily make a complete meal in 10 minutes (plus the time to get the water to boil).
Tasty Pasta with Tuna
This recipe is my favorite children's book. It is a complete meal, as you have pasta) (carbohydrates), extra virgin olive oil (good fat), grated parmesan and tuna (proteins.
You need for 4 people:
400g pasta (500gr, if youwant a unique and complete dish)
3 cans tuna in olive oil (I use the 160gr) can
5 anchovy fillets
4 pieces of garlic chopped ()
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon
How to do it:
Place the noodles in boiling salted water and set your timer for the cooking time (part of the goodness of a pasta dish is the right cook - a too much cooked pasta loses taste).
Then place the additionalHeat olive oil in a frying pan and the chopped garlic, chopped anchovies and soon after the tuna. Mix it all, add a small piece of red pepper (optional) and right before the gas, add the lemon juice.
When the pasta is ready, drain them with a sieve and put it back into the pan. Add the tuna mixture and the grated Parmesan. Mix everything well ... and it's ready.
Tagliatelle Alfredo
I have this recipe from a waiter, Alfredo'sRestaurant at Epcot Center, many years ago.
You need (serves 4):
400gr of tagliatelle (fresh fettuccine would be great)
250 g cream
120g of good quality grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
How to do it:
Once you add the pasta into the boiling salted water (tip: a thread of oil to the water. It avoids fresh pasta to one with another), please give a frying pan and put together the butter, the cream and the grated Parmesan cheese . add Take it too lowGas and mix until it is hot but not boiling.
When the pasta is ready, drain them with a sieve and add then add the warm cream and mix everything. It is finished.
Pasta with cherry tomatoes and bottarga
You must have grated bottarga, but it's worth the effort.
You need (serves 4):
400 g spaghetti
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 pieces of garlic, minced
Chopped parsley
500gr of cherry tomatoes
GratedBottarga
How to do it:
After putting the spaghetti in boiling salted water, put the extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the chopped parsley and garlic and leave it a little color. Then add the tomatoes, cut in half, mix it with the rest for a while and then turn off the gas.
When the pasta is ready, add this mixture through the grated bottarga. Perfect with a glass of white wine.
Enjoy!
